Advocates See 'Mixed Picture' On Climate Policy Despite Obama's Push

Despite President Obama's commitment to address climate change, proponents of limiting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are increasingly pessimistic that officials will craft policies to restrict GHGs as top officials appear to be rejecting their calls to issue EPA power plant rules and reject the Keystone pipeline.
