EPA, States Discuss Next Steps To Address Utilities' Downwind Impacts

EPA, state environmental officials and others are discussing future options for curbing interstate air pollution in response to a federal appeals court's decision scrapping EPA's cross-state trading program, the results of which could potentially lead to stricter standards for coal-fired power plants and other major stationary sources.
