Keystone Backers Say Draft EIS Clears Way For Tar Sands Pipeline

The State Department has released a draft supplemental environmental impact statement (EIS) finding no significant environmental impacts from construction of the proposed Keystone XL tar sands oil pipeline, which advocates of the project say should help clear the way for President Obama to give final approval to the project.
