Federal Court Puts Refinery Suit On Hold As EPA Weighs Rule Revisions

Oil industry sources say that revisions EPA is likely to make to its conventional air pollutants rule for refineries will likely resolve the sector's criticisms of the regulation, with two major industry trade organizations asking a federal appeals court to put their suit over the rule on hold pending the agency's issuance of the regulatory changes.
