House Energy Panel Eyes State Control On Fracking As Key To LNG Policy

Rep. Lee Terry (R-NE), chairman of the House energy panel's subcommittee on commerce, manufacturing and trade, says committee leaders are considering potential legislation to give states "exlusive" control over hydraulic fracturing regulations aimed at achieving certainty necessary to support a market in liquified natural gas (LNG) exports.
