White House Raises Doubts Over EPA GHG Rules For Power Plants

The White House's top energy official is raising fresh doubts over whether EPA will move forward any time soon, if at all, with Clean Air Act new source performance standards (NSPS) to limit greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from existing power plants, a rule that is a top priority for environmentalists.
