The American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) -- a trade group historically focused on renewable electricity production -- next month will officially include transportation and biofuels as a primary policy focus, with the launch of a fuels and vehicles working group and a series of closed forums to devise a clean fuels roadmap, according to industry sources.
