EPA Crafts Guide To Monitor CCS, But Questions Linger On UIC Rules

EPA is floating a new draft guidance for how states and regions can craft monitoring requirements for carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) projects, one of the latest in a series of such documents, though observers say the agency is still not answering core questions about how it plans to implement its CCS permit program.
