California Further Delays Key Changes To LCFS Corn-Ethanol GHG Factor

California regulators are further delaying potentially key changes to how they estimate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from corn-ethanol and other biofuels -- primarily through revisions to a controversial “indirect land use change” (ILUC) factor -- under the state's low carbon fuel standard (LCFS), officials confirmed this week.
