Industries Press California To Resolve Key GHG Cap & Trade Policies
A major industry coalition in California is pressing state air board regulators to address unresolved policies under the state's greenhouse gas (GHG) cap-and-trade program, such as preventing “leakage” of businesses and GHG emissions to other states and determining how to spend an estimated $1 billion in revenue from GHG allowance auctions to be held in the coming fiscal year.
